Terms of Service:
Your call has been dispatched. As a volunteer service, we cannot guarantee service or availability. if a unit is assigned to your call, you will receive a call back directly from them with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

If you do not receive a call from the volunteer within 15 minutes, the call is considered timed out, and cancelled. You will need to call back to re-activate the call. If you call back immediately to re-activate, this is a low chance that we will have someone available, if 15 minutes ago we also did not. However, it is your discretion as to when you would like to call back.

When the unit calls with their ETA, you should be waiting outside at the designated time. If for some reason you are unable to make the arranged time, please call back dispatch to cancel the call. Please show the volunteer this page as confirmation that you have signed the release of liability waiver.
